AInker Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AInker (ainker.org). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AInker provides AI-powered tattoo design tools:

  • Text-to-Tattoo: Convert text descriptions into tattoo concepts
  • Image-to-Tattoo: Transform photos and sketches into stencil-ready linework
  • Style & Placement Controls: Choose from 20+ styles and specify body placement
  • Batch Generation (Premium): Create multiple designs in one workflow
  • Linework Optimization: Smooth edges, balance line weight, prepare for stencil

2. Account & Credits

Credit System

  • Credits are consumed per generation or refinement action
  • Purchased credits remain valid while an active payment method is maintained
  • Credits expire 100 days after payment lapse or account inactivity

Subscriptions

  • Benefits apply for one calendar month per cycle
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
  • Cancellation stops future renewals; remaining time/credits persist until expiration

Content Storage

  • Trial users: Designs stored up to 15 days
  • Paid users: Designs stored up to 100 days
  • Download important designs promptly

3. Ownership & License

Your Rights

  • You own the designs you generate, subject to rights in source uploads
  • Paid users receive commercial usage rights to generated outputs
  • No attribution to AInker required (but appreciated)
  • You confirm you have rights to any images you upload

Our Rights

  • AI models, algorithms, and platform infrastructure remain the property of AInker
  • We retain rights to improvements in linework extraction, prompt parsing, and style rendering

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate illegal, hateful, exploitative, or harmful content
  • Upload infringing, trademarked, or unlicensed images
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract model weights
  • Automate excessive requests that degrade system performance
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and resulting outputs.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use AInker to produce:

  • Illegal, abusive, or exploitative material
  • Non-consensual intimate images or deepfakes
  • Spam, malware, or deceptive content
  • Content that harms or targets minors
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

6. Privacy

Your data may be used internally to improve model quality and moderation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AInker is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or usage.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but may perform maintenance or emergency patches. Temporary downtime may occur without prior notice.

9. Termination

By You

Terminate your account anytime by contacting support@ainker.org.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, or security risks.

Post-Termination

Access to stored designs may cease - download assets beforehand.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Updates will be posted on-site and/or emailed. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in AInker's primary jurisdiction.
